This Privacy Policy explains how Marketer ("Marketer", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Marketer mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account data (name, email, password hash, or third-party sign-in identifiers).
• Brand assets you upload (logos, images, videos, text, brand descriptions).
• Payment information processed by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
• Support messages and any content you submit through the app.

Information collected automatically

• Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone, unique device identifiers).
• Usage data (features accessed, actions taken, session length, crash logs, performance data).
• Approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission.
• Cookies and similar technologies on our website.

Information from third parties

• Social and publishing platforms you connect (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X, Meta, Google) — limited to the scopes you authorize.
• Authentication providers (Apple, Google) — basic profile identifiers you consent to share.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI content on your behalf using your brand assets and prompts.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms.
• Communicate with you (service messages, security alerts, product updates you opted into).
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
• Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage to improve reliability and features.

3. AI and Generated Content

Marketer uses third-party AI models to generate content from your inputs. Your prompts and assets may be transmitted to those providers solely to produce your requested output. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private brand assets to train foundation models without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI inference, payments) under contract and only to perform services for us.
• Publishing platforms you connect, when you choose to publish content.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, court orders, or protect rights, property, and safety.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can delete your account at any time from in-app settings; we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from in-app settings or by emailing us.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
• Depending on your location (EEA, UK, California, Brazil, and others), you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, or similar laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Children

Marketer is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.

11. Apple-Specific Disclosures

In line with the Apple App Store guidelines, the "App Privacy" label on our App Store listing summarizes the categories of data we collect. This Policy provides the full detail. Permissions (camera, photos, notifications) are only requested when needed for a feature you use and can be revoked in iOS Settings at any time.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
